Ingredients
  

Raspberry White Chocolate Bark

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt vanilla flavour, 2% M.F. or more
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips

Strawberry Smarties Bark

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt vanilla flavour, 2% M.F. or more
  • 1/2 cup frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup crushed pink and red Smarties

Vanilla Cinnamon Heart Bark

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt vanilla flavour, 2% M.F. or more
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon hearts

Instructions
 

Raspberry White Chocolate Bark

  • Combine Greek yogurt and raspberries in a blender and blend until smooth. While you wait, cover a baking sheet in parchment paper.
  • Using a spatula, transfer the yogurt-berry blend to the parchment paper and smooth out in a thin, even layer.
  • Melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over the top of the mixture.
  • Freeze for 3 hours. Remove from fridge, break or slice into chunks, and enjoy!

Strawberry Smarties Bark

  • Combine Greek yogurt and strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth. While you wait, cover a baking sheet in parchment paper.
  • Using a spatula, transfer the yogurt-berry blend to the parchment paper and smooth out in a thin, even layer.
  • Crush Smarties and sprinkle over the yogurt mixture.
  • Freeze for 3 hours. Remove from fridge, break or slice into chunks, and enjoy!

Vanilla Cinnamon Heart Bark

  • Add Greek yogurt, cinnamon, vanilla, and maple syrup to a bowl and mix until combined.
  • Cover a baking sheet in parchment paper. Using a spatula, transfer the yogurt-berry blend to the parchment paper and smooth out in a thin, even layer.
  • Top with cinnamon hearts.
  • Freeze for 3 hours. Remove from fridge, break or slice into chunks, and enjoy!

Notes

I highly recommend using a higher fat Greek yogurt for this recipe. It will maintain its creamy texture and will not crystallize as much. I used 11% M.F for the cinnamon heart bark and it was by far the tastiest of the three!
