About your host
I am a future Registered Dietitian currently completing the MHSc in Nutrition Communication in Toronto, Canada, and I am passionate about helping others see the value and expertise that dietetics professionals have to offer. I started the Dietitians Discovered podcast as a quarantine project. I had just graduated from my second undergrad (BASc in Nutrition and Food) and wasn’t sure if I would be able to get a full-time summer job during the pandemic. I wanted to stay connected to the field of dietetics while also adding value to it. The podcast gave me a chance to share my conversations with RDs that I admire. Plus, I’ve always wanted to start a podcast!
